Article No. 5: ADDENDUM EXALTING THE MYSTICAL IMPORTANCE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL CONSTANT ALPHA [ α ] OF THE OBSERVABLE UNIVERSE.

Note: This article is the translation to English from its Spanish version published on last July, titled ‘ADENDA QUE EXALTA LA IMPORTANCIA MÍSTICA DE LA CONSTANTE ALFA [α] DEL UNIVERSO OBSERVABLE’ 

Sorry to say, but it is because I mistook avoiding writing it its English version too, when I didn’t it so, formerly. 

So, it is here what would have been written last July: 

This is the fifth time we’ve addressed this fascinating topic: the value of the Constant of the Observable Universe: ALPHA. This time it’s to emphasize the mystical edges of such a rare value of that constant, which leads us, absolutely, to believe in the existence of a CREATOR of all NATURE: The Earth and the Universe, and of us humans as well. [almost] 

For this purpose, let us first consider the following facts, quite simple, but necessary for the mystical understanding of the alpha constant of the Universe. 

A: PERFECTION 

Of Nature 

Of the Human Body 

Of cognitive of Man 

Of the Beautiful Art created by man 

Of God's Creation 

B: WHAT END do “PERFECT THINGS” have? 

C: CONCLUSION 

Let us develop: 

A: PERFECTION: 

The perfect is that which has all qualities without defects, or that which has ONE quality in a superlative degree. 

1. Nature is the set of beings and things that constitute the Universe, the physical world. It is the physical reality that exists independently of human beings. 

All the Universe and the plants and animals of the Earth show balance and constant uniformity and perfection throughout the centuries and at all latitudes. 

2. The human body contains organs and systems that border on perfection: Let us just mention what is said about the human eyes: "It is the most perfect instrument that exists on Earth." 

Mitosis [the division of a cell into two identical cells] is already a miracle. DNA, which contains all the genetic information of the human being and ensures its permanence, among other qualities and functions. Of DNA it is said that it is so complex, almost impossible to believe in its random origin, as abiogenesis [spontaneous appearance of life from inorganic matter] usually asserts, whose probability, they say, is 1 against 10 with exponent 70, (10^70), which seems to be a euphemistic way of saying it is IMPOSSIBLE. 

3. If we add, to what was said in the preceding paragraph, the cognition [knowledge, action and effect of knowing] of the human being, with his feelings, beliefs, emotions, etc., the matter becomes exponentially complicated and beautiful; only the human being is capable of being and feeling all that: 

WHAT IT WAS SAID IN THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS HUMAN'S PERFECTION ON ITS HIGHEST DEGREE. 

4. Beautiful art created in any of its manifestations is a privilege of human beings. Creations like ‘The MOSES’ by Michelangelo, like ‘The Mona Lisa’ by Da Vinci, ‘Beethoven’s 5th Symphony’, etc. ... They are gifts that humanity GUARDS with such care because they are not just for today, but also for posterity. No one who is in their right mind would dare to maliciously attack them, trying to destroy them! 

5. What can be inferred from what was written about the Constant ALPHA (α), is the scientific and real proof of the existence of a SUPERHUMAN CREATOR. It is no longer just about FAITH to believe in God - Maker of All Things, Visible and Invisible, including HUMAN BEINGS - but there is an almost scientific-mathematical proof TO BELIEVE IN GOD! [almost] 

For it turns out that: ‘it is more scientific to believe in God than to be an atheist without any proof. 

The human body is the only case for something superior. Perhaps that is why we call human corpses: "The remains of who was X" or "the remains of who was Z." Then, that one who was X or Z, where is he? Where did he go? That one who Was or Where is, is the SOUL, for us Christians, and from what we infer, we suppose that, who knows, it is in Heaven, enjoying its ‘eternal life’ if it were one of the chosen ones. It is possible that not all have the privilege of seeing God as soon as they leave the dead body of any human being. Let us imagine that it would be in that situation, not yet in the heavenly abode, only temporarily, because since God is so merciful, He could not punish it for all eternity, because of the sins committed while alive. 

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE HUMAN BEING IS GOD'S MOST EXCELLENT CREATION! So, he can't be destroyed it being God's best creation. This is very simple argument, even to us, Cristians. But alpha isn't just one proof for us to believe in God. There are still many of them to be happy enough to believe in another life, after our bodies aren't useful anymore. Just think of Universe’s impedance, with a critical value to exist you and me, which will be an article to be delivered in next months. 

B: THE END OF ALL BEAUTIFUL CREATION 

All the human creations of Beautiful Art, cited only as examples in No.4, are those that CANNOT and MUST NOT be destroyed, circumstantially or purposely. That is because no one who creates something superior can be capable of destroying it, I repeat. IT HAS TO BE GUARDED AND JEALOUSLY PRESERVED FOR POSTERITY. 

C: CONCLUSION 

DEATH could not be the end, the absolute disappearance of the person who dies, because since THE HUMAN BEING is God's best work, he could not, nor should he disappear forever: The true BEING of the man who dies, his SOUL, will survive forever. 

The last paragraph is exclusively my own thought, due to the teachings of the Catholic Catechism, from my unforgettable mother, in the childhood of my life, which endure forever. 

In summary: Believing in God is more RATIONAL than denying His existence without any proof! 

Notes: 

1. It is obvious that many readers of ‘my demons’ will not agree with what I have written, mainly with the mystical part, in the CONCLUSION. It is very common to reject it in our current times. But before making that decision contrary to reason, read about alpha constant one more time, build just your rational argument in favor of your atheism, which must be rational and scientifically verifiable, only then could it be conclusive in your favor. To me it seems almost impossible that such an ‘argument’ exists, except for the millions of parallel universes to ours, postulated by “string theory” from physics and chemistry. Then comes another impossibility: That ours, Universe and Life, is because we are lucky, casually so that we are as we are! Chance denies cause-effect correlation, so it lacks truth. 

2. Some definitions I have taken from the dictionary ‘El Pequeño LAROUSSE Ilustrado’ 

--AN EVEN MORE MYSTICAL ENDING TO THIS TOPIC: 

Due to the existence of the constant ALPHA - with a value as strange as it is fascinating because of its two edges: scientific and mystical-theological - which leads us to believe scientifically that perhaps GOD is the creator of all Nature: The Earth and the Universe and all that exists in them - whoever believes that Darwin was absolutely right with his theory of the spontaneous appearance of life from inorganic matter (‘process’ called abiogenesis): IS LOST IN TIME AND SPACE. Except for the survival of the fittest, also proposed by Darwin, which could be true, due to the existence of abundant paleontological remains that confirm such a suggestion. But abiogenesis is so complicated, with a probability of 1 against 10 raised to the exponent 70, [10^70], that it seems to be a manifest impossibility or a euphemistic way of saying IMPOSSIBLE. 

The disbelief in the existence of God by atheists, while they live, because, in the sublime hour of DEATH, that vital atheism is going to play them a bad trick, as so many lying atheists in life and their immediate and absolute renunciation of their so dear traitorous creed demonstrate, finally becoming BELIEVERS. 

I confess that this ending is more colloquial and spontaneous than what this topic demands. It is that one thing is to believe in God only by faith, and quite another and pragmatic thing, if THE DATA almost proves it as true per se, as in the present case: THAT IT IS MORE SCIENTIFIC TO BELIEVE IN A SUPER CREATOR THAN TO INSIST ON A HOLLOW ATHEISM, WITHOUT ANY PROOF. I REPEAT IT!
